As i know, the principle of aikido is like Tai Chi, don't use the strength to conquer the opposite, there is also a principle to use the soft to conquer the hard, the heavy weight person is not an advantage, this point may be very useful for the woman. Because i'm a woman martial art practitioner, i'm always very care about the winning with strength.

Another question is, could i choose 2 different martial arts to practice? This question bothered me for a long time, actually i'm a Tai Chi practitioner but i'm also very interested in budo, i've no attention to give up Tai Chi, hope some one can give help.

At last, a gift of photo to webmaster about this topic.
