
Hello,
I'm a Tai Chi practitioner, i practice WU style almost two years, once per week with my master. Wu Style comes from Yang Style, similar but different, the postures are much smaller.
I also do some exercises as Zhan zhuang(standing like a post) nearly everyday, my master said it was helpful to increase your inside strength and improve your internal circulation. Well , i feel specially good after a whole day work to do it, it makes me relax and peace, my cervical vertebra get better than before, that's the main reason to encourage me to insist this martial art.
