Hi guys, I hope you can see this beautiful illustration.

The General Tian Wubeizhi: the Bubishi in Chinese Martial Arts History is a study of the Chinese origins of the famous martial arts manual known as the Bible of Karate--the Bubishi. This book includes two Bubishi manuals, one of them being in color. This manual, which has never been published before, includes 48 illustrations of fighting drills.

The Chinese sentences accompanying this illustration are:

(on the right): 青龍出抓手勝 qinglong chu zhuashou sheng

Blue Dragon sends out his claws (lit. grabbing hand) and wins

(on the left): 丹鳳朝陽手敗 danfeng zhaoyangshou bai

Cinnabar (=red) Phoenix [uses the] Sun-Facing Hand (=an upwards going attack) and loses

If you want the illustration please drop me a mail and I'll send it to you.

Best
